Château Manoir du Gravoux

Château Manoir du Gravoux sits in Castillon – Côtes de Bordeaux, a region defined by clay and limestone soils that favor Merlot and Cabernet Franc. The estate produces three core wines, each a blend of the Right Bank's signature varieties. Le Secret du Manoir, the flagship, marries Cabernet Franc and Merlot into a wine that has drawn attention from Wine Spectator and Decanter. Cuvée la Violette Castillon – Côtes de Bordeaux adds Cabernet Sauvignon to the blend, while the estate's principal Castillon – Côtes de Bordeaux balances all three grapes. The wines reflect the appellation's character: structured, mineral-driven reds with the mid-weight elegance typical of the Côtes de Bordeaux.
