The winery's flagship Extrait de Terroir Pierrefeu Côtes de Provence Rosé blends Shiraz, Cinsault, Mourvèdre, and Grenache—a composition that captures the mineral precision and ripe stone fruit character the region is known for. A second rosé offering combines Shiraz, Tibouren, Grenache, and Cinsault, while the Côtes de Provence Rouge draws on Mourvèdre, Grenache, Shiraz, and Cabernet Sauvignon.
