Château Pibran

Château Pibran sits in Pauillac, the heart of the Médoc, where gravelly soils and the Gironde estuary's moderating influence shape wines of structure and depth. The estate produces two principal offerings: Pauillac, a blend of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, and Tour Pibran Pauillac, which adds Petit Verdot to the mix. Both wines have been assessed by Decanter, Wine Spectator, Wine Enthusiast, Falstaff, and Wine Advocate. Pauillac's Cabernet-Merlot foundation reflects the region's classical balance—the Cabernet provides the framework of tannin and dark fruit; Merlot softens and rounds. Tour Pibran's inclusion of Petit Verdot introduces additional texture and aging potential, a hallmark of serious Pauillac. The gravelly Left Bank terroir demands precision in viticulture and winemaking; these wines embody that discipline.
