Château Saint-Maur produces wines from Côtes de Provence, the Mediterranean region celebrated for its rosés and whites of mineral precision and aromatic clarity. The winery's L'Excellence Côtes de Provence Blanc, made from Rolle, expresses the region's signature salinity and citrus character. Its rosé program spans two expressions: the Clos de Capelune, a blend of Cinsaut, Grenache, and Syrah, and L'Excellence Côtes de Provence Rosé, which adds Rolle and Tibouren to the mix.
