Château Saint-Roch produces wines from Côtes-du-Rhône in the Southern Rhône Valley, where Mediterranean warmth and mistral winds shape the character of the region's fruit-forward reds and mineral whites. The winery's Lirac Blanc (Tradition)—a blend of Roussanne, Viognier, Grenache Blanc, and Clairette—demonstrates the aromatic complexity and textural depth that these southern white varieties achieve in the region. A focused Confidentielle Lirac Blanc, built on Clairette alone, offers a more linear expression of the limestone-influenced terroir. The red Lirac, composed of Mourvèdre, Grenache, and Syrah, captures the spiced, structured character typical of the appellation's darker-skinned grapes. Wines from the estate have been assessed by Wine Enthusiast, Wine Spectator, and Decanter.
