The winery's Lirac Blanc (Tradition)—a blend of Roussanne, Viognier, Grenache Blanc, and Clairette—demonstrates the aromatic complexity and textural depth that these southern white varieties achieve in the region. A focused Confidentielle Lirac Blanc, built on Clairette alone, offers a more linear expression of the limestone-influenced terroir. The red Lirac, composed of Mourvèdre, Grenache, and Syrah, captures the spiced, structured character typical of the appellation's darker-skinned grapes.
