The estate produces wines across three tiers, each reflecting the gravelly, well-drained terroir that shapes Saint-Julien's characteristic structure and depth. Connétable Talbot, the flagship, blends Merlot with Cabernet Sauvignon to create a wine of balance and aging potential. Moulin de T, the second wine, draws on a broader palette—Cabernet Franc, Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot, and Merlot—to express the complexity of the vineyard. Seigneur de Talbot rounds out the portfolio with its own Cabernet Franc, Merlot, and Cabernet Sauvignon blend. The wines have been assessed by Wine Spectator, Wine Enthusiast, Decanter, Wine Advocate, and Falstaff, anchoring the house within the critical mainstream of fine Bordeaux.
