Chêne Bleu

Chêne Bleu produces wines in Vaucluse, in the Méditerranée region of southern France. The winery's portfolio centers on Rhône and Mediterranean varieties suited to the region's warm, sun-exposed terroir. Aliot, a white blend of Marsanne, Roussanne, and Grenache Blanc, anchors the range with mineral structure and aromatic depth. Astralabe pairs Grenache and Syrah in a red that captures the region's characteristic spice and dark fruit. Heloise, a more complex blend incorporating Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre, and Viognier, demonstrates the winery's command of multi-varietal composition. These wines have been assessed by Wine Spectator, Decanter, Wine Advocate, and Wine Enthusiast. The house works within the Vin de Pays classification, allowing flexibility in grape selection and winemaking approach while maintaining focus on the distinctive character of southern Rhône viticulture.
