Aliot, a white blend of Marsanne, Roussanne, and Grenache Blanc, anchors the range with mineral structure and aromatic depth. Astralabe pairs Grenache and Syrah in a red that captures the region's characteristic spice and dark fruit. Heloise, a more complex blend incorporating Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre, and Viognier, demonstrates the winery's command of multi-varietal composition.
