The winery's Irata Pecorino showcases the mineral precision and stone-fruit character that define Pecorino in this terroir. Passerina, another regional white, appears in the Raffa bottling—a lighter, fresher expression of the variety. On the red side, Piceno Superiore blends Montepulciano and Sangiovese, the twin pillars of Marche's red wine identity, into a wine that balances the earthiness of Montepulciano with Sangiovese's tannin structure and acidity.
