Clos du Mont-Olivet produces wines from Châteauneuf-du-Pape, the Southern Rhône's most prestigious appellation. The estate's La Cuvée du Papet, built on Grenache, and Cuvée Unique, a blend of Syrah, Mourvèdre, and Grenache, represent the region's signature style: structured, full-bodied reds with the dark fruit and spice character typical of Southern Rhône terroir. The winery also produces Marie Jausset Lirac, a Syrah and Grenache blend from the neighboring appellation.
