The winery's portfolio centers on traditional méthode champenoise bottlings that draw from the region's classic white varieties. The Assemblage Extra Brut blends Chardonnay and Pinot Noir into a structured, mineral expression. Gran Cuvée combines Xarel-lo, Chardonnay, and Macabeo—a composition rooted in Penedès tradition. A Priori Brut takes a more expansive approach, layering Macabeo, Riesling, Chardonnay, Gewürztraminer, and Moscatel into a complex, aromatic cuvée.
