The house works with the classic Champagne blend: Pinot Meunier, Chardonnay, and Pinot Noir—grapes that thrive in Champagne's marginal conditions and yield wines of high acidity and mineral precision. The Cuvée Prestige Brut and Cuvée Sélection Champagne Brut represent the core offerings, both built on this traditional framework. Wine Enthusiast has rated both cuvées, with the Prestige expression scoring 89 points. These are dry, food-friendly Champagnes rooted in the region's limestone terroir and the discipline of méthode champenoise.
