Corte Sant'Alda produces wines from Verona, in the heart of Veneto's Valpolicella region. The winery works with the classic grapes of northeastern Italy: Corvina, Rondinella, and Corvinone, varieties that thrive in the Alpine foothills and define the character of local reds. Poderecastagne Valpolicella Superiore, built from Corvina, Rondinella, and Corvinone, represents the winery's approach to the region's signature style—structured, mineral-driven wines with depth and aging potential. Mithas Amarone della Valpolicella, made from dried grapes of Rondinella, Corvinone, and Corvina, captures the concentrated richness for which Amarone is prized. Campi Magri Valpolicella Ripasso Superiore, a blend of Molinara, Rondinella, and both Corvina clones, bridges the freshness of standard Valpolicella with the weight of Amarone through its distinctive ripasso method. These wines have been assessed by Wine Spectator, Wine Enthusiast, Decanter, and Wine Advocate.
