Culmina produces wines from the Okanagan Valley, British Columbia's premier wine region. The winery's portfolio centers on distinctive white and red expressions. Unicus Grüner Veltliner showcases the crisp, mineral character the Austrian variety brings to cool climates, while Decora Riesling captures the aromatic potential of Riesling in the valley's terroir. Thesis, a Bordeaux-style blend of Petit Verdot, Malbec, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Cabernet Franc, represents a structured red approach.
