Davis Estates produces wines from Calistoga, the northernmost appellation of Napa Valley, where volcanic soils and warm days yield bold, structured reds. The winery's portfolio centers on Cabernet Sauvignon and Petite Sirah—grapes that thrive in the region's intense heat and gravelly terrain. Phase V Petite Sirah, the flagship expression, demonstrates the dark fruit intensity and peppery spine characteristic of the variety at its peak ripeness.
