Delibori produces wines from Verona in the Veneto region of northern Italy, where the terrain and climate favor both bold reds and crisp whites. The winery's Amarone della Valpolicella Classico—a blend of Rossignola, Corvina, Negrara Trentino, Molinara, and Rondinella—represents the region's signature style: dried-grape wines of concentration and depth. Its Valpolicella Ripasso Classico Superiore, made from similar varieties, offers a more approachable expression of the same terroir, with the ripasso technique adding richness without the intensity of full Amarone. A departure from the red-wine tradition of the zone, Delibori's Lugana, made from the white Turbiana grape, reflects the mineral character of the nearby Lake Garda basin. Decanter and Wine Enthusiast have rated across the portfolio.
