Delinquent produces wines from Monferrato, the rolling hills of Piemonte in northern Italy where granite and limestone soils shape distinctive regional varieties. The winery focuses on Freisa and Grignolino—two native grapes that thrive in this terroir. Freisa d'Asti, with its bright acidity and mineral character, represents the winery's commitment to the variety's potential. Grignolino d'Asti, lighter and more delicate, offers the pale ruby hues and subtle tannins typical of the grape. Both wines have been assessed by Wine Advocate. These are expressions of Monferrato's viticultural identity: wines built on the region's volcanic heritage and the particular demands of its microclimate.
