The winery's portfolio centers on Grillo and Nerello Mascalese—grapes that thrive in Sicily's Mediterranean climate and volcanic soils. Helios Grillo, a white wine from the aromatic Grillo variety, anchors the range. The reds lean on Nerello Mascalese, a dark-skinned grape with structure and minerality; Di Giovanna produces both a still wine and a rosato expression under the Vurria label. These wines have been assessed by Wine Enthusiast, Wine Spectator, Decanter, and Wine Advocate.
