Dom Caudron produces champagne in France's Champagne region, where chalky soils and cool climate conditions shape wines of precision and complexity. The house works primarily with Pinot Meunier, Pinot Noir, and Chardonnay—the classic trio of the region. Sublimité MPC Champagne, a blend of all three varieties, represents the winery's core expression and has been rated by Decanter, Wine Enthusiast, and Wine Spectator. Sublimité 50/50, built from equal parts Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay, offers a different textural balance. Épicurienne Champagne, a Pinot Meunier-based cuvée, rounds out the portfolio. Each wine reflects the winery's approach to blending and the terroir of Champagne.
