Domaine Ansen produces wines from Alsace, the northeastern French region celebrated for its aromatic whites and distinctive sparkling wines. The domaine works with Sylvaner, a classic Alsatian variety prized for its mineral character and food-friendly acidity, as well as Pinot Noir, which in Alsace yields elegant still wines and refined sparkling expressions. The Lerchensand Sylvaner demonstrates the grape's textural precision, while the Struch Blanc de Noirs Brut—a traditional-method sparkling wine made from Pinot Noir—and the Crémant d'Alsace Rosé Brut showcase the region's mastery of bottle-fermented wines.
