Domaine de Chassorney

Domaine de Chassorney produces Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from Bourgogne's diverse terroirs. The winery's Nuits-Saint-Georges 1er Cru 'Clos des Argillières'—a structured Pinot Noir from one of the region's most prestigious communes—has drawn attention from Wine Advocate and Wine Spectator. Auxey-Duresses 'Les Crais', another Pinot Noir, shows the winery's range across the Côte de Beaune's mid-tier appellations, where elegance and minerality define the style. A Saint-Romain Chardonnay rounds out the portfolio, tapping into the cooler, higher-altitude limestone slopes that give white Burgundy its characteristic tension and restraint. The wines reflect Bourgogne's exacting standards: low yields, precise viticulture, and the region's obsessive attention to site-specific expression through Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.
