La Colle Noire Rouge, a blend of Syrah and Mourvèdre, anchors the red program with dark fruit and structural depth characteristic of the region's warm-climate reds. Icone Blanc, made from Rolle—the signature white grape of Provence—offers the aromatic lift and minerality the variety is known for. Zephir Rosé, a blend of Tibouren, Mourvèdre, and Grenache, represents the region's tradition of dry, food-friendly pink wines.
