Domaine des Deux Roches sits in Mâcon-Davayé, the southern heart of Burgundy's Mâconnais region. The domaine works with Chardonnay across a range of expressions: still wines that capture the mineral precision and stone-fruit character of the appellation, and a sparkling Crémant de Bourgogne Brut. The Vieilles Vignes Pouilly-Fuissé, drawn from older vines, shows the depth and complexity that mature Chardonnay can achieve in this terroir. The Saint-Véran offers a leaner, more elegant profile—characteristic of the appellation's cooler microclimates. The Crémant brings the same varietal focus to a traditional-method sparkling format.
