Domaine des Gandines produces wines from Bourgogne, the storied French region where Chardonnay and Pinot Noir reach their classical expression. The winery's portfolio centers on two white wines from the Viré-Clessé appellation: Climat les Gandines, a Chardonnay that has drawn attention from Wine Advocate, Wine Enthusiast, Wine Spectator, and Decanter, and Terroir de Clessé Viré Clessé, another Chardonnay that reflects the mineral precision of its limestone-rich terroir. A Pinot Noir called Les Frangins rounds out the core range. These wines demonstrate the hallmarks of Burgundy's cooler microclimates: in the whites, the tension between ripeness and acidity; in the red, the silken structure and subtle fruit that define the region's Pinot tradition.
