Domaine du Collier produces wines from Saumur, in the Loire Valley's heart. The winery's portfolio centers on two grapes native to the region: Chenin Blanc and Cabernet Franc. La Charpentrie Saumur Blanc, made from Chenin Blanc, demonstrates the variety's mineral precision and aging potential in the limestone soils of the Loire. La Charpentrie Saumur Rouge and La Ripaille Saumur, both Cabernet Franc expressions, capture the grape's characteristic structure and red-fruit character in this cool-climate terroir.
