Gonon works the Mâconnais Chardonnay terroir at the Pouilly-Fuissé Premier Cru level — Sur La Roche, Maréchaude, and Aux Vignes Dassus all bottled separately. Mâcon-Vergisson La Roche and a rare red Mâcon-Bussières Gamay round out the village tier, with Bourgogne Aligoté and two Crémant de Bourgogne cuvées at the entry. Decanter scored the 2023 Pouilly-Fuissé range at 95. Sixteen wines in total across white, red, and sparkling.
