The winery's portfolio centers on blends drawn from the classic Provençal palette: Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah, and Mourvèdre. The Tête De Cuvée Rosé and Sainte-Victoire Rosé, both built from multiple varieties, have been assessed by Decanter, Wine Advocate, Falstaff, Wine Enthusiast, and Wine Spectator. A single-varietal Grenache rosé rounds out the core range. These wines reflect the region's cool maritime influence and limestone soils, which shape the freshness and mineral character typical of Provence's finest expressions.
