Domaine Jean Touzot operates in Mâcon, the southern reach of Burgundy where limestone-rich soils and continental climate favor Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. The domaine's Chardonnay Vieilles Vignes Mâcon-Villages draws from older vines, a practice that concentrates mineral expression and complexity in the glass.
