Domaine Le Fay d'Homme produces Muscadet from the Sèvre et Maine subregion of the Loire Valley, where Melon de Bourgogne thrives in mineral-rich soils. The winery's portfolio centers on expressions of this Atlantic-facing terroir: Monnières-Saint Fiacre Sèvre et Maine, Le Fief Seigneur Gneiss Muscadet Sévre et Maine, and Gorges Muscadet Sévre et Maine each capture the variety's characteristic salinity and freshness through different vineyard sites. Melon de Bourgogne, the sole grape of Muscadet, yields wines of crisp acidity and subtle stone-fruit character—a natural pairing for seafood and a benchmark for Loire whites.
