Domaine les Trois Toits produces wines from Pays Nantais, the maritime extension of the Loire Valley where Atlantic winds and granite soils shape distinctive white wines. The domaine focuses on two regional classics: Muscadet Sèvre et Maine Sur Lie, made from Melon de Bourgogne, and Gros Plant du Pays Nantais Sur Lie, crafted from Folle Blanche. Both wines benefit from extended aging on their lees, a technique that builds texture and complexity in these naturally crisp, mineral-driven expressions.
