Domaine Rotier
Domaine Rotier produces wines from South West France, a region known for its distinctive indigenous varieties and expressive white wines. The winery works primarily with Loin de l'Oeil, a local grape that defines much of its portfolio, alongside Sauvignon Blanc. The Renaissance line represents the core of the estate's output: a Vendanges Tardives expression that captures the richness of late-harvest fruit, a dry blanc that blends Sauvignon Blanc with Loin de l'Oeil, and a doux (sweet) bottling. These wines have been assessed by Wine Enthusiast, Decanter, Wine Spectator, and Wine Advocate. The Vendanges Tardives and Renaissance Blanc both demonstrate the textural depth and aromatic character that South West France can achieve, where Atlantic influences and local terroir shape wines of mineral precision and fruit intensity.
