Domaine Rouge-Bleu operates in Côtes-du-Rhône, the Southern Rhône's most expansive appellation, where Mediterranean warmth and mistral winds shape wines of ripe fruit and mineral tension. The domaine's portfolio centers on Grenache, the region's signature variety, and classical Rhône blends that balance power with finesse. Lunatique Pure Grenache, a single-varietal expression, demonstrates the grape's capacity for depth and structure in this terroir. Mistral, a field blend of Shiraz, Syrah, Roussanne, Mourvèdre, and Grenache, embodies the polyphonic character typical of Southern Rhône reds—layered, textured, and built for food. On the white side, Dentelle Blanc draws from the region's aromatic palette: a nine-varietal composition anchored by Vermentino, Grenache Blanc, and Viognier, with supporting notes of Chenin Blanc, Clairette, and Marsanne.
