Domaine Salvat works the sun-soaked terroirs of Languedoc, in the Languedoc-Roussillon region of southern France. The estate produces wines rooted in the Mediterranean character of its landscape: Muscat de Rivesaltes, a delicate expression of Muscat Blanc; Côtes du Roussillon, a red blend of Grenache and Syrah that captures the region's warm, structured style; and Taïchac Côtes du Roussillon Blanc, a white blend of Vermentino and Roussanne. These wines have been assessed by Wine Advocate, Wine Spectator, Falstaff, and Wine Enthusiast. The portfolio reflects the dual identity of southern French winemaking—aromatic whites and full-bodied reds that thrive in the Languedoc's distinctive climate and soil.
