Domaine Voarick produces wines from Mercurey, the principal appellation of Burgundy's Côte Chalonnaise. The domaine's portfolio centers on two Premier Cru bottlings: Clos du Roy, a Pinot Noir with structure and depth characteristic of the region's red wines, and Clos de Paradis, a Chardonnay that reflects the limestone-rich terroir. Les Vignes Blanches Mercurey rounds out the range as a white expression of the appellation. Wine Enthusiast and Wine Spectator have rated the Clos du Roy at 90.5 and both Clos de Paradis and Les Vignes Blanches at 90.0, underscoring the technical precision evident across the lineup. Mercurey's continental climate and clay-limestone soils yield wines of balance and minerality—reds with silky tannins, whites with crisp acidity and subtle complexity.
