Domini Veneti works with the classic grapes of Veneto, in Northern Italy's celebrated wine region. The winery's focus centers on Amarone della Valpolicella Classico—the dried-grape reds that define the zone. La Casetta Amarone della Valpolicella Classico, built from Rondinella and Corvina, and Amarone della Valpolicella Classico Mater, a blend of Corvinone, Corvina, and Rondinella, represent the house's interpretation of this structured, full-bodied style. The winery also produces Costacalda Passito Bianco, a sweet white from Garganega and Chardonnay. These wines have been assessed by Wine Enthusiast, Decanter, Wine Spectator, Falstaff, and Wine Advocate.
