Dominio de la Vega produces wines in Catalunya, Spain, drawing on the region's tradition of sparkling and still wine production. The winery's portfolio centers on Cava—the traditional method sparkling wine of northeastern Spain—alongside still wines built on indigenous and international varieties. The Cava Brut Expression Reserva, made from Macabeo, exemplifies the bright, mineral character typical of the region's limestone soils. A rosé Cava, crafted with Pinot Noir, offers a more delicate expression. The winery also works with Bobal, a Spanish red variety, in the wine Bobal en Calma. Wines from Dominio de la Vega have been assessed by Decanter, Wine Enthusiast, Wine Spectator, and Wine Advocate, reflecting the winery's engagement with international critical evaluation.
