Don Olegario works with the Atlantic-facing vineyards of Galicia, Spain's northwestern maritime region. The winery focuses on indigenous varieties suited to the cool, humid climate: Albariño, the region's signature white grape, and Caiño tinto, a dark-skinned local variety adapted to Atlantic conditions.
