Douloufakis produces wines from the Aegean Sea region of Greece, drawing on both indigenous and international varieties. The winery's portfolio centers on three flagship expressions: Aspros Lagos White, made from Vidiano; Aspros Lagos Red, built on Cabernet Sauvignon; and Femina, a Malvasia. These wines have been assessed by major critics including Wine Advocate, Wine Enthusiast, Decanter, Falstaff, and Wine Spectator. The Aspros Lagos White achieved an average prestige rating of 92.0, while the red counterpart scored 90.5. Femina, the Malvasia-based offering, registered 89.8. The winery's approach blends the Mediterranean character of its Aegean location with the structure and depth that international grape varieties bring to the region.
