The 22 Year Old Tawny—a complex blend of Pedro Ximenez, Muscat de Frontignan, Touriga Nacional, Verdelho, Grenache, Palomino, Muscadelle, and Shiraz—demonstrates the depth possible in aged fortified wine. Circa Centum, a pure Shiraz expression, and Single Barrel Shiraz showcase the varietal's power and aging potential in the Barossa context.
