Femme de Champagne Grand Cru Millésimé, a blend of both varieties, demonstrates the potential of vintage expression in Champagne, while the Thierry Drapeau Cuvée Sur-Mesure showcases the mineral intensity Chardonnay can achieve in Premier Cru sites. The Femme de Champagne Rosé de Saignée, made from Pinot Noir, offers an alternative expression rooted in the grape's darker fruit and structure.
