Eden Canyon produces Cabernet Sauvignon in Paso Robles, the Central Coast's premier red wine region. The winery's Estate Cabernet Sauvignon and Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon anchor a portfolio rooted in the varietal's natural home on the region's warm, well-drained benchlands. A Jolie blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot rounds out the range, adding textural complexity through the latter's structural tannins.
