Entre Vinyes works with the indigenous grapes of Penedès, the historic wine region southwest of Barcelona. The winery focuses on Xarel-lo, a white variety native to Catalunya, and Trepat and Garnacha for its rosé program. The Oníric Blanc, a pure Xarel-lo expression, demonstrates the mineral precision and structure the variety achieves in this terroir. Blanco Deluxe, also Xarel-lo, offers a complementary take on the grape's potential. The Oníric Rosat blends Trepat and Garnacha into a dry, food-friendly wine. Both Decanter and Wine Advocate have assessed the winery's output, with the Oníric Blanc earning particular recognition among prestige critics.
