Eva Vollmer produces wines from Rheinhessen, Germany's largest wine region, known for its diverse terroirs and versatile grape varieties. The winery's portfolio spans three distinct expressions: a Scheurebe Trocken from the Grazie Aus Akazie Edition Peter Keller, a Spätburgunder Barrique Trocken, and a Gau Bischofsheimer Herrnberg Riesling Trocken. Scheurebe, a crossing of Riesling and Bukettraube, brings aromatic complexity and mineral character to dry wines. Spätburgunder—Germany's Pinot Noir—offers structure and depth when aged in oak. Riesling from the Herrnberg vineyard site reflects the region's ability to craft dry, food-friendly expressions of this noble variety. Falstaff has rated these wines at the highest level, reflecting their technical precision and balance.
