Fitapreta operates in Évora, within the Alentejo region of southern Portugal, where continental climate and schist-rich soils shape wines of depth and structure. The winery's portfolio centers on indigenous Portuguese varieties: Aragonez, Touriga Nacional, and Alicante Bouschet anchor the Preta Cuvée David Booth Grande Reserva, while Alfrocheiro Preto, Trincadeira, and Tinta Carvalha define Os Paulistas Chão dos Eremitas Vinhas Velhas. A single-varietal Moreto from the same vineyard rounds the core range. These wines have been assessed by Wine Advocate, Wine Enthusiast, Wine Spectator, and Decanter.
