The estate produces Amarone della Valpolicella Classico wines built from the region's traditional blend of Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella, and Molinara—grapes dried to concentrate their sugars before fermentation, yielding the structured, full-bodied wines the appellation is known for. Gamba's Campedel Amarone della Valpolicella Classico and Le Quare Amarone della Valpolicella Classico represent the house's approach to this demanding style.
