Gatinois produces Champagne from the Grand Cru village of Aÿ, in the heart of the Champagne region. The house works with Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, the classic grapes of the appellation, crafting brut cuvées that reflect the chalky soils and cool climate of northern France. The Brut Réserve Champagne Grand Cru 'Aÿ' and Brut Champagne Grand Cru 'Aÿ' represent the core range, both blending these two varieties to achieve the balance and complexity that define serious Champagne.
