The winery focuses on two distinct expressions: a Cabernet Sauvignon called Six, which draws on the region's capacity for structured red wines, and a pair of Gewürztraminer offerings—a Late Harvest and an Ice Wine—that showcase the aromatic potential of this cool-climate varietal. The Cabernet Sauvignon has earned recognition from Wine Enthusiast, Wine Advocate, and Wine Spectator. Both Gewürztraminer expressions, which capitalize on the region's temperature swings to concentrate fruit and residual sugar, have similarly attracted critical attention.
