Gracia produces wines from Chile's Central Valley, a region known for its warm days, cool nights, and diverse soil compositions that support bold red varietals. The winery's portfolio centers on three flagship reserves: Porquenó Reserva Lo Mejor, a Cabernet Sauvignon; Desvelo Reserva Lo Mejor, a Syrah; and Reserva Especial Callejero, a Carménère. Cabernet Sauvignon from the Central Valley typically expresses dark fruit, structure, and moderate tannins suited to food pairing. Syrah in this region often develops peppery spice and ripe plum character. Carménère, Chile's signature varietal, brings herbal notes and supple tannins. The three wines have been assessed by Wine Spectator, Wine Advocate, and Wine Enthusiast, with the Cabernet Sauvignon leading the portfolio in critical evaluation.
