Graeme & Julie Bott produces wines from Crozes-Hermitage in the Northern Rhône, a region defined by steep granite slopes and the Syrah varietal's mineral intensity. The winery's portfolio centers on the classic expressions of this terroir: a Lieu Dit l'Aleau Condrieu built from Viognier, the white standard of the Northern Rhône; a Lieu-Dit Semons Côte-Rôtie in Syrah; and a Cornas, the appellation's signature dark and structured red. Each wine has been assessed by Wine Spectator, Wine Advocate, Wine Enthusiast, and Decanter. The Condrieu registers at 93.0 average prestige rating, while the Côte-Rôtie and Cornas follow closely at 92.8 and 92.7 respectively. These are wines rooted in the Northern Rhône's demanding climate and ancient vineyard sites, where Syrah develops its characteristic pepper, dark fruit, and savory depth.
