Guy Charbaut

Guy Charbaut produces Champagne from the region's Premier Cru vineyards. The house works primarily with Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Pinot Blanc—the classic trio of the appellation. The Cuvée de Réserve Vieilles Vignes Brut, a blend of all three varieties, anchors the portfolio and has drawn assessment from Wine Spectator and Wine Advocate. A Blanc de Blancs Brut, built entirely from Chardonnay, offers the mineral precision typical of chalk-soil terroirs. The Memory Brut, also Chardonnay-based, rounds out the core range. These wines reflect the discipline of Champagne's cool climate and the house's focus on traditional méthode champenoise production.
