Henri Giraud produces Champagne from Aÿ, a Grand Cru village in the Vallée de la Marne known for Pinot Noir's depth and structure. The house works primarily with Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, the region's classical pairing. Argonne Rosé, a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, represents the house's approach to rosé Champagne.
